On my way across the fields
Through devastated lands
Destruction, grief and dismal fear
Attend my lonely way
As the sun sets I perceive
Fires shining bright
I approach a camp of refugees
Who are sharing my demand
And so I’m joining their quest
To follow an army of might
We’re going to where the forces meet
Fighting the pain of oppression
March on! Onward!
Forces of vengeance are marching to war
March on! With no fear!
We are claiming our right to be free
We reach the clearing where the army’s lining up
Thousands of warriors standing tall
We join their ranks – our hearts are filled with confidence
Our courage grows – we’ll never fall
Now that we stand in line and wait for the command
To start our battle of revenge
Fanfares resound like cries of eagles in the sky
The air is filled with battlecries
We come to bring deliverance
The legion’s on its way
We’re marching on – side by side
Convinced of our victory
We come to face our destiny
Determination fills our hearts
We’ll stare into the eyes of death
But in the end we will prevail
We reach the battlefield -
The enemy’s in sight
The stench of death is in the air
Now there’s no turning back
